I provide operational leadership for organisations that need extra capacity or are covering a senior gap. That can mean interim Head of Operations cover, fractional support or a fixed-term role with clear accountability from the start.

About

Rich Experiments is Rich Fagbolagun. I spent more than a decade as Managing Director of Comuzi, a London design and technology studio, delivering work for Google, the NHS, the BBC and Wellcome Trust. Since then, I have led operations in mission-led organisations and managed funded projects from discovery through to launch.

I am based in London and work in person or remotely. I am available for UK and international projects, including work that requires travel.
