Somerset House worked with Pinterest and Art Fund on a digital platform celebrating Black British art.
The brief
Create an interactive platform about Black British art with young Black creatives, and make it accessible to people with different levels of confidence online.
What we made
- Co-design sessions with young Black creatives that shaped the platform from the beginning
- An interactive digital platform about Black British art, designed and built from start to finish
- Content and interaction design that considered different levels of digital confidence
- A live launch on Somerset House’s website
My role
I led delivery across research, co-design and build. I coordinated the work from the first sessions with young creatives through to the launch of the live platform.
The finished platform was launched on Somerset House’s website as a public resource on Black British art.
